	Houston Rezoned—TIRZ and the City
	Visual identity, print, and digital assets for the Rice School of Architecture’s Civic Forum. In 2023, the forum explored the ever-increasing influence of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) as a tool of planning governance in the city of Houston.&#38;nbsp;
The identity of the event doubles as an information graphic on the tax zones and calls attention to the unique shapes and branches of each district.

	Harris Gully, Johnson Owl Deck Pavilion Opening
	Print and Digital invitation and brochures for The Johnson Owl Deck at Harris Gully (Rice University). The project was introduced to the Rice community during a grand opening and dedication.The new wildlife observation pavilion, made of cross-laminated timber and located on one of the most biodiverse university campuses in the country, represents the first step in creating a world-class natural area while exemplifying the possibilities of a new sustainable construction method.

	Encounter: North York Boat Launch
	One of a series of installations throughout the Buffalo
Bayou promote discussion about the future role of the bayou in the East End.

The installations at the North York Boat Launch invite the community to learn
and engage with the established recreational features of the bayou.&#38;nbsp;The site can be visited through the Buffalo Bayou Hike and Bike Trail which connects to Tony Marron Park across the street. Currently the space houses several dragon boats owned by the Rice Crew and serves as a home for the Texas Dragon Boat Association.
